Delivery Policy

At our online store we understand the importance of delivering efficiently and on time to our customers in addition to their needs depending on the region. That's why we defined a delivery area divided by regions and days of the week.

We offer free shipping on purchases over certain amounts (except Kingston, ON) but there’s a minimum to purchase that varies per region. To find out more details and prices for your region, please check the "deliveries" section.

The regions we currently serve are: Kingston (ON) and Ontario West region (Waterloo Region, Guelph, Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Woodstock, London, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-lake, Grimsby, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Dundas, Brant, Paris and Brantford).

*We also serve many cities close to those mentioned above and outside the province by post or courier. IMPORTANT: If you are not at home to receive our delivery, we will leave the purchases in front of the door and confirm for you the time the delivery was made. We also suggest leaving a cooler or finished bag outside for those purchases of cold or frozen items if you are not home to receive the purchases. Before completing your purchase, please also use the "delivery instructions" area for other details that may facilitate our delivery for you.

At Brazil4you store, we will always work to make the delivery in the best, most correct way and as quickly as possible so that it reaches your hands according to your order. But we know that unforeseen events and problems can happen, especially with our long Canadian winter. :-)
